Black Olives with Spicy Orange Dressing
Dried orange peel
Sea salt flakes
Pound the garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, dried orange peel, thyme and a little salt in a mortar and pestle. Add vinegar to taste, then thin dressing with a little water. Combine with black olives and serve.
TIP: Scatter with a little julienned orange peel just before serving.
