Caribbean-style Gordal Olives

Gordal olives 

Rum
Golden syrup

Angostura bitters

Mineral water

Lime wedges

Mint sprigs

Whisk the rum, golden syrup 
and Angostura bitters in a bowl 
until combined. Divide among 
tumblers, add olives, and serve with mineral water, lime wedges and mint to taste.

TIP: Choose a good-quality aged 
dark rum, and offer toothpicks for 
picking the olives from the liquid.
