-Gordal olives 
Green capsicum 
-Salted bonito
-Extra-virgin olive oil

Dice the capsicum, onion, cherry 
tomatoes and salted bonito into 
small pieces. Combine them in 
a bowl with all other ingredients. 
Set aside in the fridge for an hour 
to allow flavours to develop, then serve.

TIP: Salted bonito is available 
from Spanish delicatessens.
